All Project Assignments and services performed by Company for the Client will be governed by the provisions of the Contract. You grant The Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and fully-paid license to use your information and other content on or through the Site and Content for the sole purpose of providing you with the Tunemyoffice site, services, and platform. All promotional offers that the Company will run on Tunemyoffice will be subject to a fair user policy, and the Company will have the final discretion to extend or revoke such promotional offers, discounts, and pricing to its Clients.

If we find that you have broken these T&C or other agreements or guidelines related with your use of the Site, we may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site and/or prohibit your future access to the Site. You also agree that any breach of these T&C by you will cause The Company irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be insufficient, and you consent to The Company seeking any injunctive or equitable relief that The Company deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances, without limiting The Company's other available remedies

This Agreement is the final and definitive T&C between the parties relating to this subject matter, and it replaces all former or contemporaneous terms, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter. Through digital acceptance, the T&C are carried out in equivalents.
